Project Manager

This Service will help you with your Business build-out.
I have contractors if you need a general contractor, electrician, A/C, plumber, signs for your building, etc.
Let me help with your permits so you have time to get other things done.
If you are indecisive do not worry, I can help you make the right decision. I am here to assist not take over your business. I have two levels of service.

Level
I will oversee your project for two 1/2 months. If it last longer another deposit will have to be negotiated depending on what the reminding works need to be done.

Level 2
I will get your building permit and paperwork in order to help you open your business faster so you can get the doors open.

All services require a 2500.00 deposit before I start any work and in 4 weeks the other 2500 balance will be paid. No exception.
